Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping affects delivery time only, not processing time.
Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped and accepted by the carrier.
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify orders once processing has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Product Use

We recommend washing your locs every 2.5 weeks to maintain cleanliness while preserving natural oils and loc integrity.
Start with Botanical Cleanse to remove buildup, follow with Cooling Shampoo if needed for scalp relief, then finish with Botanical Moisture Conditioner to hydrate and nourish.
For dry locs, we recommend using Daily Love Moisturizer for daily hydration, paired with Butter Bliss to seal in moisture and add shine.
Our Cooling Shampoo provides soothing relief for itchy scalp, and Love & Nourish Oil can be applied directly to the scalp for additional comfort and nourishment.
Yes! All our products are formulated with lightweight ingredients that won't weigh down starter locs. We never use heavy waxes that can cause buildup.
